Long Island Roller Rebels, NY

The Long Island Roller Rebels are the area's first all-female Roller Derby League. Bouts or matches are usually played on flat tracks with surfaces ranging from concrete, to hardwood, to sport courts. The LI league started off with three main teams (but more are added to the mix every once in a while): the Wicked Wheelers of the West, the East End Ladies of Laceration and the Mid Island Rolling Thundercats. The LI Roller Rebels also compete in interleague play against WFTDA and non-WFTDA leagues throughout the country.
